1. Carnegie Mellon University

1. Bloomsburg University of Pennsylvania
Bloomsburg University has a full-time MBA program and a part-time MBA program. It also offers a Graduate Certificate in Management. While the full-time MBA program lasts for one year, the part-time MBA program lasts at least two years or more, depending on each student’s availability. The Graduate Certificate in Management takes two semesters to complete.
Classes will take place at the Bloomsburg University campus. Bloomsburg University also offers an MBA program at its City Center campus. The full-time MBA program on the Bloomsburg campus consists of two courses every two months, for a total of 36 credits. All programs are AACSB-accredited.
2. Carnegie Mellon University
The Tepper School of Business at Carnegie Mellon University has a three format MBA. You can do a full-time program at Pittsburgh campus or chose from two part-time programs (evening classes or online classes).
Admission requirements are the same for all three programs. The programs also leverage the same professors and the same coursework. The full-time program takes 21 months, while the part-time (evening classes) program and part-time (online) program are 32-month programs. The full-time program is ranked #18 in the US by Businessweek magazine. The part-time on-campus program is ranked #2 in the US by Businessweek. The full-time MBA program also gives you an opportunity to do an internship in the summer between the first and second year.
3. Drexel University
Then LeBow College of Business at Drexel University has three program options a full-time MBA, a part-time MBA, and an executive MBA in Pennsylvania. The full-time MBA is a 15-month program and the part-time MBA is a 24-month program.
The Drexel full-time MBA is special because the only the first nine months are focused on traditional academics. The rest of the summer is dedicated to on-hands learning. Most of the courses in the accelerated MBA program (part-time, 24-month MBA) are offered on-campus and some are offered online. You have to complete 51 credits to earn the full-time MBA. You can choose from concentrations such as Finance, Marketing, Healthcare Management, and Entrepreneurship & Innovation Management.

The John F. Donahue Graduate School of Business at Duquesne University offers a flexible MBA degree. Students who complete 42 or 45 credits are awarded an MBA degree. The program is split into full-time and part-time components.
The full-time MBA program is completed in 16 months spread over four semesters. The part-time program is completed in 28 months over seven semesters. Two electives and a capstone program are compulsory in each program.

6. Kutztown University
The Kutztown University MBA program is a flexible option for students consisting of 10 graduate courses (30 credits) including one elective. If you don’t have an undergraduate degree in business, you must take seven foundational courses, which can be taken online. The foundational courses are not a prerequisite for admission, but you do have to complete them to in order to receive your MBA degree. Once you complete the foundation courses, you can get your MBA degree in as little as 16 months.

7. La Salle University
La Salle University offers several programs for MBA students. You can choose from a part-time MBA, a full-time MBA, a Saturday MBA, A One-Year MBA, or Online Hybrid MBA. Penn State University at Harrisburg runs a 30-credit MBA program with 18 graduate credits and 12 electives. If you don’t have an undergraduate degree in business, you have to complete 18 foundational credits before entering the program.
Electives can be taken in “tracks” so that your courses are cohesive and integrative. The tracks include Accounting, Supply Chain Management, Business Analytics, Finance, Information Systems, General Business, and Strategic Leadership and Innovation. All coursework must be completed within six years of entering the program. You also have an opportunity to attend an international immersion program.
16. The Pennsylvania State University Great Valley School of Graduate Professional Studies
The School of Graduate Professional Studies at Penn State University, Great Valley runs a part-time MBA program. It is the only part-time MBA program run by Penn State University in the Philadelphia area.
The program consists of 45 credits. Classes are held over a seven-week period, including two classroom sessions every week unless classes are taken online.
Each academic year, there will be six sessions of seven weeks each. The part-time MBA can be completed in two or three years. If you prefer to attend classes on a full-time basis, you can complete your MBA in 12 to 18 months.
17. University of Pennsylvania
The Wharton School of the University of Pennsylvania is the oldest collegiate business school in the world. The Wharton School is #7 on Forbes list of top MBA programs in the US. The school runs a world famous 20-month full-time MBA program for a total of 19 credit units.
Students also specialize in at least one major subject (most students complete two majors) of 18. Students can choose from over 200 electives.
The Wharton School also runs many interdisciplinary MBA programs, which means that as a Wharton School student you can attend courses at some other Penn State schools.
18. University of Pittsburgh
The Joseph M. Katz Graduate School of Business at the University of Pittsburgh runs a full-time MBA, executive MBA, and part-time MBA program. The University also offers a choice between a one-year and two-year MBA.
The Katz School was the first graduate business school in the world to offer a one-year MBA program. You can enter the one-year program without a background in business studies, and 51 credits are required to receive the degree. The two-year program doesn’t have any prerequisites but requires 57 credits to earn the degree. Concentrations available are Finance, Marketing, Operations, Strategy, Information Systems & Technology Management, Organizational Behavior, and Human Resource Management.
19. University of Scranton
The University of Scranton is a Jesuit University, whoseKania School of Management has AACSB-accreditation. The school offers both campus-based and online MBA programs.
The school’s campus-based MBA program is among the top 15 in the country according to Entrepreneur magazine. The Princeton Review has also included the school in its list of “Best 300 Business Schools.”
36 credits are required to complete the program. This includes core courses, electives, a major course, and a capstone course. Combined and accelerated programs are also available. You can choose a concentration from subjects like International business, Marketing, Finance, and Accounting.
20. West Chester University
The School of Business at West Chester University offers a full-time and part-time MBA (online), both of which require 30 credits to earn
an MBA degree. The credits cover 10 courses, consisting of seven graduate courses and three electives. You can choose from over nine elective courses including Entrepreneurship, International Trade and Finance, Business Information Systems, Globalization and Management, and Project Management.
Applicants without a business studies background are welcome and do not, have to complete prerequisite courses. The full-time program is conducted at the West Chester University campus. The online program is accessed from anywhere in the world through the internet.
