Student Review: “Western Wyoming Community College’s Associate’s in Accounting program was a mixed experience for me. I attend online and some of the Professors are amazing and have a great curriculum lined out for their class. There are equally as many who are impossible to get in touch with and who seem to find ways to dock points from students making achieving higher than a B in their class impossible. The thing I like the least is the discussion boards that you are required to post to at least 2 – 3 times a week. Often these discussions have nothing to do with the current week’s subject. Another issue that I have run into is the lack of substantial posts and participation from classmates, affecting my ability to do my best. A large portion of your grade depends on responding to classmates, so if they decided to not post substantial posts/responses you have to go above and beyond to make sure that you still get all your points. The inconsistent testing policy, that requires you to go to the outreach center for some exams while allowing you to take others in your own time on your personal computer, is also a disappointment.” -Student at Western Wyoming Community College
